Concerns and Complaints Procedure

This is a summary of our concerns and complaints procedures. At Anchorage Park School, anyone who wants to raise a concern or complaint should follow the procedure for this. All school procedures and policies are available on the SchoolDocs website. Go to https://www.schooldocs.co.nz/Home/SchoolLogin  and search for our school. Type the first few letters of the school's name in the box and select Anchorage Park School, then log in with the username and password.

  1. Concerns and complaints should be raised with the school in the first instance

  2. We expect all concerns and complaints to be raised in a respectful way. 

  3. The school will assess and respond to all concerns and complaints in a timely, fair, and respectful manner.
